Iker Alberdi, new CEO of ONNERA Group

Madrid, 7 June 2017. – The governing council of Fagor Industrial S.Coop has appointed Iker Alberdi as new Managing Director of ONNERA Group, an international business group dedicated to supplying equipment solutions for the restaurant trade, laundry and refrigeration applications.

Alberdi has a wide experience of the sector and has been fulfilling positions of responsibility in the group for more than 15 years. He arrived at Fagor Industrial as Head of Manufacturing in 2002, later to be appointed Head of the Cooking Unit. In addition, he took on the general management of Endesa Horeca in Poland and later led the Management of the brands Asber and Edenox for Europe and Asia, until becoming manager of Fagor Industrial in March 2015, a position he has held until now.

With this appointment, ONNERA Group strengthens its position as leader in the sector and continues its plans for growth and expansion all over the world. In his new position, Alberdi will take charge of the coordination of the ONNERA Group project, taking over from José Luis Lizarbe.
