Fagor Industrial presents its product novelties at Hostelco

Madrid, 9 April 2018 - Fagor Industrial, leading manufacturer of equipment for the hotel, restaurant and laundry trade, returns to Hostelco where it will demonstrate its main novelties in cooking, dishwashing, laundry, ovens and commercial refrigeration.

Hostelco and Alimentaria will hold their next event together from 16 to 19 April 2018 in Barcelona, hoping to become one of the main international platforms for the food, gastronomy and hotel equipment industry.

Fagor Industrial, hand-in-hand with its distributor CM Grup Professional, will be there strengthening its commitment to the Spanish market by acting as exhibitor at one of the main fairs in the country. The company’s stand will be more than 110 m2 in size and will be located in Pavilion 8 - Level 1. Stand D 407.

Cooking: Leading the way in robustness and ease of cleaning

One of the main actors at the stand is the suspended block from the new KORE Generation 900 Range. A generation that offers performance of the highest level, standing out for its robustness and the ease of cleaning of its equipment.

Dishwashing: an ECO generator which saves up to 60% on your energy bill

The new Concept line of rack type dishwashers is characterised by the reliability of the machinery and the higher production capacity. A gas dishwasher with ECO hot water generator, allowing the user to save up to 60% on their energy bill, will also be present at the stand.

Dishwashing: new models of professional washing machines and dryers

The Fagor Industrial stand will also have a selection of the new professional washing machines and dryers which open the doors fully to new market segments, with a unique and versatile solution. (Small hotels, nurseries, owners’ communities…)

Cook&Chill solution and new vacuum packers

The set of equipment presented by Fagor Industrial will make room for the Cook&Chill solution, presenting the new vacuum packers as a novelty.

Refrigeration: efficiency, sustainability and profitability

A selection of products from the Globe generation will represent Fagor’s broad catalogue. A generation which allows up to 70% savings in energy consumption, and with A classification, being one of the first manufacturers to achieve it.
