Fagor Industrial, Winner of the Hot Concepts 2019 awards for the catering project carried out at Wanda Metropolitano

Madrid, 5 July 2019 – Fagor Industrial, leading manufacturer of equipment for the hotel, restaurant and laundry sector, has won the Hot Concepts 2019 awards organised by the magazine Restauración News, for its catering project at Wanda Metropolitano, in the “Professional Kitchen Project” category.

This project has been a complete process involving the equipping of different spaces for catering: the fan zone, bars for the general public, VIP bars and VIP boxes for 15-20 people which aim to achieve a complete experience of gastronomy and service.

The award ceremony took place yesterday, the 4th July, at the Goya Theatre in Madrid. The gala began with the prize-giving at 7:30 pm, moving on to theatre entitled “Sense of humour: two twits and me” starring Santiago Segura, José Mota and Florentino Fernández.

Francisco Javier Sánchez, Director of Large Projects at Fagor Industrial went up to receive the prize alongside Mario López, General Manager of Fagor Industrial. “One of Fagor Industrial’s goals is to contribute to the growth of the hotel and restaurant trade, and what better way to do that than to cover all sectors, including sports, to achieve a complete experience,” stated Mario. “We are very proud of having received this award since it is a recognition of the daily work of a great team, and of our effort to improve and successfully exceed the requirements of each and every one of our customers”, emphasised Javier.

The evening drew to a close with a cocktail in the garden of the Goya Theatre, followed by a party where all the prizewinners could celebrate their success.
