Fagor Professional will present at AAHAR 2022 its innovations in ovens, cooking, refrigeration and dishwashing for the hotel and catering business.

In this edition, the company will showcase the main solutions offered by its comprehensive range of products and professional services for the hospitality and catering sector.

The event will take place at the emblematic Pragati Maidan venue, which will be open from April 26 to 30 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Located in hall 11, stand 11/17B, Fagor Professional will offer all kind of information about any of the products, as well as live cooking demonstrations by the prestigious chefs M. Mahesh and Mudit Saxena.

Regarding the presentation of the different products at the stand, iKORE stands out: the new generation of intelligent ovens that will not leave any chef indifferent, adapting to any dish. Professional and configurable are the main features of this new range that marks a before and after in the way of cooking. Thanks to its steam saturation system and efficient climate management, it offers excellent precision in cooking results. In addition, the iKORE generation is autonomous and integrates an intelligent recipe system and additional cooking process functions that can even be controlled remotely.
